On-site Audio-Visual Support Technician
Job Description Compensation: $30/hr to $32/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.  Provide video conferencing and audio-visual support: Assist users with setting up and troubleshooting video conferencing and audio-visual equipment.  Manage on-site spares inventory: Ensure that spare parts and equipment are available and properly maintained.  Perform call setups and problem determination: Set up calls and diagnose issues such as defective microphones or control systems, and perform necessary updates or component swaps.  Maintain and operate facilities: Oversee the maintenance, operations, and administration of video conferencing and audio-visual systems according to client standards.  Install hardware: Set up small or portable videoconference and non-integrated audio-visual hardware as needed.  Provide training and support: Train users on how to operate video conferencing and audio-visual systems and offer ongoing support. Skills and Requirements 5 years+ of experience in video conferencing and audio-visual support  Comprehensive knowledge of various conferencing standards and systems, including Crestron, Google Meet, 1 Beyond, BiAmp, and QSC DSPs.  Skilled in maintaining and operating videoconferencing and audio-visual facilities, including installations and system administration.  Expertise in managing and deploying on-site spares inventory and performing call setups and problem determination.  Proficient in providing training and support to users and coordinating activities with other facilities. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
