EquipmentShare is immediately hiring an On-Site Coordinator for our facility in Dallas, TX. This position is considered the one centralized on-site point of contact at large construction projects for
internal and external customers. This role is critical in facilitating our company’s mission to help customers make substantial increases in productivity and safety.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (On call during the weekend only in special circumstances)

Duties/Responsibilities: Expand our on-site presence by building relationships with on-site contractors and constructioncompany principals. Educate our customers about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help
save them money, make more money, and operate more efficiently. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied
with the level of service and support they are receiving from EquipmentShare. Keep them
up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their
business. Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other
communications related to equipment availability, reliability, delivery, billing, and technology. Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our
customer experience. Willingness to travel and/or relocate for temporary assignments based on large construction
project schedules.

Education and Experience:
3–4 years of inside or outside sales experience (equipment sales experience is a plus) Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
