Adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to fill an On-Site Floor Support role in Las Vegas, NV. This schedule for this position would be Monday - Friday 10A-7P, with weekend availability needed. Pay Rate range for the role between $23-$25/hr. This is a seasonal position expected to last until mid-January 2025! At Adecco, an On-Site Floor Support can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. Responsibilities for this On-Site Floor Support role include: + Must be Bilingual + Conduct orientations and facility tours with new hire classes + Monitor daily attendance and run reports when needed + Attend client meetings + Assist with onsite timekeeping + Engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met + Complete associate counseling in regard to performance and attendance when needed. + Assisting placed associates with assignment questions as needed **Pay Details:** $23.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
