We are looking for a dedicated On-Site Manager to oversee daily operations at their Carson, CA location. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of the workplace, managing payroll, conducting safety meetings, and maintaining clear communication with employees. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, previous experience in on-site management, and a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular safety walkthroughs to ensure a safe working environment.Manage and process payroll accurately.Communicate effectively with employees to address concerns and provide guidance.Lead and organize safety meetings to promote workplace safety.Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the warehouse or office environment.Organize and maintain efficient workflows and operations.Meet client needs by delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of on-site management experience required.Previous experience in a warehouse or office environment preferred.Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional weekend or overtime work.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Uattend (time and attendance software).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
