CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an On-Site Representative to join our Commercial & Institutional – PMCM/OPM Team at our Bethlehem, PA office location.
YOUR IMPACTThe CHA project management team has three core priorities: schedule, cost and quality. We work closely with and on behalf of owners to ensure the on-time, on-budget, high quality completion of a design and construction project. We understand that success relies on effective communication, transparency, and a seamless alignment of goals. We pay attention to the small details, and we ask all the necessary questions. Owners count on CHA to actively lead a project and support the owner from preliminary planning and design through successful construction and project close-out.
The On-Site Representative will be a primary point of contact, representing CHA at the project site. This individual will be responsible for providing overall on-site field administration, support, some supervision, inspection, and technical management for construction operations. The On-Site Representative will coordinate and execute the work, along with the Project Manager, in accordance with the plans/specifications and remain consistent with the project schedule.
