STS Technical Services is hiring an On-Site Representative for the Aircraft Paint Line at an MRO facility in Macon, Georgia. In this crucial role, you will serve as a direct liaison between the airline and the MRO team, overseeing the seamless execution of aircraft painting projects. This position requires a strong background in aircraft maintenance, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities Project Management Oversee and coordinate all aspects of aircraft painting projects from start to finish. Monitor and maintain project timelines, ensuring all schedules are met. Track project costs and identify opportunities for cost savings. Quality Assurance Conduct inspections throughout the painting process to verify adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Review and approve quality control documentation, addressing any quality issues promptly. Ensure each project meets FAA regulations and company standards. Communication & Collaboration Serve as a point of contact for MRO personnel, airline maintenance teams, and other stakeholders. Provide regular project updates and address potential issues with MRO staff to ensure timely task completion. Regulatory Compliance Ensure all projects comply with FAA regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Stay updated on relevant regulations and best practices to maintain compliance. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of project activities, quality metrics, and cost analysis. Prepare and submit regular reports detailing project progress, quality assurance, and cost metrics. Qualifications

Required Qualifications

In-depth understanding of aircraft maintenance and painting processes. Knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation quality standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed. Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications
