On-Site Risk Administrative and Legal Assistant

We are seeking a talented individual to join our National Real Estate Practice Department team at Marsh. This role will be based in San Diego, CA and is an on-site role that has a requirement of working at our clients office. In this position, you will play a key role in analyzing findings, driving operational support, and contributing to the achievement of our team's objectives while maintaining a solid understanding of relevant insurance legislation.

We will count on you to:

Analyze findings and propose suggested actions relating to ad-hoc reporting and presentations conducted.

Drive operational support of management teams and processes for continuous improvement of efficiency and quality within the team.

Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and business objectives.

Manage and prioritize your own workload to meet individual SLA, KPI, and quality targets.

Disseminate information and coordinate projects for the geography, leveraging best practices to achieve operational excellence.

Lead and/or participate in stakeholder engagement sessions and work in partnership with brokers on identified initiatives.

What you need to have:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Basic understanding of core aspects of relevant insurance and related legislation.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $61,400 to $131,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
