SUMMARY

Responsible for the day-to-day execution of facility operation, and maintenance services at multiple locations in accordance with contract and corporate requirements. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a liaison with the Government as necessary to promote contract operational efficiency. Respond to client-identified performance concerns. Supervise site leads, resolve technical issues, and manage material and vendor requirements. Supervise the administration and implementation of a safety program and training of onsite personnel. Act as a liaison with customers, administrators, and operational employees as necessary to ensure contract performance. Report in writing and orally to higher management. Communicate directly with clients and/or other contractor personnel, and effectively allocate resources. Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and performance standards. HVAC service calls and preventive maintenance scheduling. Responsibly negotiate with vendors. Execute all repairs (i.e. A/C, carpentry, painting, plumbing, structural and electrical). Communicate with customers and provide detailed status reports. Maintain the computerized maintenance management system. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and mentor all on-site project personnel.
