Job Summary:

The Onboarding Lead to be instrumental in helping Help at Home expand the great care we provide to our clients. This position reports to the Manager, Field Recruitment and is part of the overall Field Operations Team. The Onboarding Lead is responsible for both onboarding caregivers for their assigned branches and leading other onboarding team members.
 

Duties/Responsibilities:Manage onboarding performance.Process application documents, required for newly recruited staff, and guides the caregiver through the onboarding process.Drive the onboarding process by collaborating with our Field Operations Leaders and hiring managers to define strategies to improve time to clear staff.Help launch and provide ongoing support for new technology and processes to better support field operations.Create remarkable experiences for both the candidate and the hiring teams through the refinement of our internal processes and systems.Be a champion of Help at Home's culture and values.Implement the team's goals and manage on a weekly and monthly basis.Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Three (3) years of experience required.Previous leadership experience a plus.Proven experience in onboarding in high-volume, non-exempt hiring.
