The Role
The Onboarding Manager manages the regional onboarding program for new onsite RS associates. The ROC lead serves as a coordinator to ensure all necessary paperwork and access is received as well as scheduling, supporting, and leading daily learning tasks during their time at the regional onboarding community. The Onboarding Manager partners with the Regional Talent Advisor, Hiring Manager and the regional onboarding community (ROC) team to provide the appropriate support and communication needed to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: Minimum 2 years of multifamily housing community management or a minimum of 2 years of related experience in supervising others
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Proficient in AVB systems (MRI, SightPlan,AVBU, Power BI, Salesforce a plus)
· Demonstrated knowledge of basic RS on-site operations and procedures
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience training and coaching others
· Collaboration

· Radical Candor skills--ability to give both positive and critical feedback to associates and peers
