We are seeking a dedicated Onboarding Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will host orientation sessions, manage buddy programs, oversee swag inventory, and support new hires through their initial weeks. This role involves continuous improvement of the onboarding process, ensuring all materials are up to date, and driving the evolution of the new hire experience.
Responsibilities
+ Host weekly live sessions with new hires covering orientation, AGS 101: Our Business, AGS 101: Our People, and Career Journey.
+ Conduct weekly check-ins with new hires at the end of their first two weeks.
+ Manage the North America Buddy Program by adding new buddies and hires, hosting recruitment activities, matching new hires to buddies weekly, training new buddies, and ensuring materials are updated regularly.
+ Report on survey output, usage, and identify trends and solutions for potential gaps.
+ Oversee North America swag inventory, ensuring there is enough to support upcoming new hires, working through budgets, and partnering with procurement and HR operations.
+ Manage the New Hire Roadmap by adding new content when available, reviewing live sessions regularly, and scheduling training for each new hire weekly with manager visibility.
+ Maintain new hire content in the Academy, adding and reviewing pathways and resources regularly for improvements.
+ Support managers through the onboarding process by reviewing and updating the manager guide, team frameworks, and sharing training materials and schedules.
+ Manage onboarding surveys, ensuring the relevancy of questions, monitoring completion rates, analyzing responses, and identifying gaps and themes on a regular basis.
+ Create and manage an ongoing annual calendar for reviewing new hire content, including relevant SMEs and stakeholders.
+ Reflect on data sources, feedback from new hires and leaders, and organizational changes to identify additional gaps within the experience.
+ Drive the evolution of the new hire experience by building additional materials, programs, and offerings to support identified gaps.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of experience building or managing programs related to people experience.
+ 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, or similar function.
+ Strong live training facilitation abilities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
+ Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Experience with Learning & Development and Design tools such as Articulate, Turtl, Visio, and Illustrator.
+ Experience with Canva and PowerPoint.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with customer service.
+ Familiarity with tools like Adobe Acrobat, Adobe, and KRONOS.
Work Environment
This position requires working on-site for 4 days a week and 1 day remotely. The role can be based in Hanover or Tempe. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.65/hr.
