Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a remote Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The Onboarding Specialist will partner with our Recruiting, HR, Training and Operations Teams in delivering a seamless onboarding experience to all new hires across our high volume account.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Craft and send detailed emails to new hires prior to their first week with information related to the account, position, and onboarding programHost a weekly virtual onboarding program, in partnership with other departments, that creates a welcoming and informative experience for all new hires on our account teamPartner with stakeholders to ensure training programs are in place and training is being deployed to the syllabus and scheduleProvide superior and prompt customer service (telephone calls and emails) to new hires, teammates, and managers regarding the new hire onboarding programPrepare/update program scripts, status/tracking reports, and standard procedures on all assigned onboarding program initiativesEdit/manage the Onboarding SharePoint websiteConsistently look for process improvements and ways to make the program more efficient/scalable

Articulate, energetic, and engaging speaker who can create a constructive learning environmentCreative problem solving and patient troubleshooting skills to help new hires through any issues that may arise; calm under pressureProven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously while meeting all deadlinesExecute methodically and work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment with limited oversightEye for detail with a ‘get it done right the first time’ approachWork cooperatively and collaboratively with others and maintain professional working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization; embody JLL’s culture at all times

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with project or program management, training and development, or human resourcesIndependent, self-starter capable of executing with minimal supervisionPleasant demeanor and a positive, can-do attitudeExcellent knowledge of Windows-based business computers, conferencing systems such as WebEx and Zoom, and Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePointAccess to a reliable internet connection in a quiet location with requirement of facilitating class daily on cameraAbility to work from 7am PT to 3pm PT

Estimated total compensation for this position:

60,000.00 – 65,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
