Description We are inviting applications for the role of an Onboarding Specialist in the Healthcare/NHS industry. The position is located in Culver City, California, United States. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process by ensuring a smooth transition for new hires from the offer acceptance stage to orientation. You will be responsible for the entire pre-employment process and will work closely with HR leaders, hiring managers, and new employees.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the pre-employment process for new hires.
• Monitor the progress of new hires through the pre-employment tool, Sterling.
• Coordinate with HR leaders to address any errors or discrepancies in the pre-employment process.
• Communicate with hiring managers and new hires to fulfill robust pre-employment requirements.
• Host remote and on-site orientations for new employees.
• Address any issues or questions raised by the hiring manager or new hires promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, recruiters, and agency leaders as needed.
• Continually enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire pre-employment/onboarding process.
• Send additional pre-employment requirements to new hires as required.
• Ensure a great experience for all involved in the pre-employment/onboarding process. Requirements • Possess expertise in ADP - Financial Services as a crucial part of the role
• Demonstrable proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is mandatory
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required
• Knowledge of Ceridian software for efficient task execution
• Proficiency in HRMS (Human Resources Management System) is essential
• Experience with About Time software for effective time management
• Auditing skills are expected for maintaining compliance and quality
• Capable of conducting thorough Background Checks as part of the onboarding process
• Understanding and managing Benefit Functions is a key aspect of the role
• Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees TalentMatch®
