Our Baltic Oncology team is recruiting for an exciting new position. The Oncology Healthcare Lead (OHL) will be responsible for identifying and improving gaps in the patient pathway for cancer patients in the Baltics. With a focus on top hospital accounts, this customer facing position will make a real difference to cancer patients in collaboration with local and regional stakeholders. You will define the extent of impact of the role from efforts to improve screening and diagnosis rates to shortening time from diagnosis to treatment to survivorship.
You possess a deep understanding of hospital processes and decision making and can identify potential patient journey gaps and link them to potential solutions. You possess excellent analytical skills and are adept at developing and managing customer relationships. You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. You see the opportunities for strategic collaborations to deliver on shared customer and Our Company priorities and you can pull through these initiatives by working collaboratively with cross-functional internal stakeholders from across the organization.
While leading these efforts with top hospitals in the Baltics, you will also be part of an effort of similar colleagues across Europe, sharing best practices and moving forward together. Locally, you will report to the Oncology Business Unit Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with hospital accounts and stakeholders involved in the patient journey, initially with a focus on lung cancer
Understand hospital processes and decision-making
Identify potential patient journey gaps and link them to the company's strategic priorities and solutions
Recommend to the cross-functional team and leadership solutions to patient journey gaps: methodology, tool, solution or support offer with the aim of optimizing the Patient and Healthcare Professional Experience and guaranteeing the quality, safety and efficiency of the journey and care.
Optimize the oncology patient journey by developing and implementing solutions that are simple and effective in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of implemented solutions.
Set up compliant partnership contracts with health institutions by following good business practices
Work closely with the Key Account Managers, Medical Advisors and other customer facing colleagues in the respective accounts
Work cross-functionally with Key Account Managers, BCM, Medical, Access, and Policy
Participate and align with Regional HC Lead multi markets squad and contribute to the improvement of the solutions by sharing experiences and lessons learned.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in hospital account management, healthcare consultancy or worked in the hospital before.
Expertise in project management, particularly around patient journeys
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead and manage cross-functional team projects
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Ability to identify customer needs and develop solutions that are simple and effective
Knowledge of hospital processes and decision making, including Hospital-Payer relationship, and understanding of the healthcare environment, ideally in oncology
Understanding of the oncology patient journey mapping
Fluent in English (required)
Medical-related education (i.e. Pharmacy, Nursing, MD, etc.)
Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team
