Primary Responsibilities

In the role of One Water Treatment Lead, we'll count on you to:

Manage drinking water treatment and advanced water treatment projects as a Seller/Doer Develop and implement strategies for increasing HDR share of water treatment market in Southern California and across the U.S. Identify project opportunities and help lead client development Lead the pursuit of key projects and assist with others Lead the preparation of proposals and interview preparation Provide technical guidance to others in HDR regarding water treatment As professional engineer of record, oversee the preparation of plans, specs, and reports Conduct quality control reviews of other projects Perform other duties as needed#LI-JF1

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering P.E. required Minimum of 15 years experiencein water treatment design, with emphasis on advanced water treatment facilities Microsoft Office experience Proven team leadership experience Proven industry leadership recognition

Preferred Qualifications

Active membership in AWWA committees

The expected compensation range for this position is $148,610.00 - $250,900.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
