Work you’ll do

The Manager will support the implementation of OneStream in an Architect capacity within our Federal Practice.

Responsibilities will include all phases of system development and implementation lifecycle to include, collecting and documenting requirements, developing design documents, developing test plan and test scripts, develop training documents and deliver training. Lead OneStream solutions through full cycle – requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and supportCollaborate seamlessly with internal and client-side resources and effectively communicate across various audiencesApproach problems creatively and apply technology to solve business challengesAdhere to project standards, and ensure that project deliverables and milestones are completed on timeWork in a fast paced, dynamic environment and deal with ambiguity

The Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations.

Qualifications 

Required:

Bachelor’s degree requiredMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureMust be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this roleAbility to travel up to 5-25%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.5+ years of relevant experience implementing one or more EPM technologies, such as OneStream, Oracle Hyperion and/or IBM Planning Analytics/TM15+ years of experience supporting consulting engagements centered around Enterprise Performance Management technologyMust have an OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) – Lead Architect Certification

Preferred:

Advanced Degree preferredStrong functional knowledge around financial systems and processesProven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementationA proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlinesAdept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent teamStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentAbility to collaborate with clients

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 to $218,625. 

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
