Job Description

Reporting directly to the Head of Merchandise in Korea, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing product offerings across online platforms.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the right product mix, securing optimal rankings, and managing stock levels to meet customer demand. Above all, you will focus on enhancing the online customer experience, maximizing both sales and profitability through strategic merchandising decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze sales and customer experience data to gain insights into customer behavior, leveraging these findings to drive conversion and boost sales.Manage market reduction costs and optimize stock levels through targeted sales, promotions, and activities.Drive on-site conversion using sales, customer behavior, and traffic data (GA), while ensuring stock freshness through strategic planning and inventory input.Stay ahead of market trends by monitoring competitors and their offerings.Partner with the Online Visual & Content Teams to maximize the selling potential by securing the right site plan, ranking and content according to the current stock situation and sales drivers.Work closely with the Area, Online and Merchandising teams to drive the omnichannel profit.Oversee the daily product enrichment process, ensuring timely and accurate updates by coordinating with key stakeholders to guarantee all products are fully enriched with the correct information.Take a leading role in a cross-functional environment to drive sales, foster strategic partnerships, and build strong relationships across teams.

What You Need to Succeed:

Proven experience in merchandising or analytical roles within the E-commerce sector, preferably across multiple channels, with a strong focus on problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.Deep understanding of local market trends, customer expectations, and the retail/fashion industry, with strong awareness of competitors. Analytical with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to extract actionable insights from data.Self-motivated team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and peers, demonstrating flexibility, open-mindedness, and a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt.

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Korea Office.
