Job Description

As Online Payment and Fraud Analytics Expert you will join Philips’ you will join Credit & Collection team. On daily basis you will have a chance to investigate disputes, reduce chargebacks and increase authorization rates. Working on improvements in the Online Payment & Fraud process and cooperating with various departments. The key challenges for the coming period will be to maintain a smooth financial operation of the online shop while working in an expanding and dynamic environment. Moreover, you will help to define and implement finance related requirements and make improvements in the end-to-end online payment process where possible.


Your role:

Monitoring, analyzing and performing operation tasks around fraud,

Conducting daily fraud assessments,

Collaborating with regions to provide fraud prevention data,

Analyzing payment data to optimize payment approvals,

Assisting the consumer care team in investigating fraud cases,

Sparring partner for the central E-commerce team for implementing new functionalities and fixing issues,

Continuously drive improvements in the E-commerce business of Philips,

Responsible for making sure regulations are met,

Independent working approach and become a subject matter expert in this area.

You're the right fit if:

3-5 years’ experience in finance department & fraud area,

Strong analytical skills required, data analysis and translating trends into rules,

Advanced level of Excel knowledge,

Ecellent decision-making abilities with a track record of autonomous work,

Fluent English–both written and spoken,

Knowledge of eCommerce and Online Payments domain would be beneficial,

Relevant experience of liaising with Online Payment Providers,

Work experience in SAP system,

Background in F&A, Economics or Business Administration – at least bachelor’s degree,

Customer service focus.
