Job Summary
The Online Program Assistant will focus on providing data input and program support for Marsal Online. This position will play an important role in ensuring a smooth operation of the program and maintaining the quality of student experiences through accurate data management and administrative support. The Online Program Assistant must be able to manage multiple tasks, work well independently and collaboratively, and demonstrate high attention to detail. The position must also communicate effectively to support diversity, equity, justice, and inclusion (dije) from a thoughtful and caring perspective. The position reports to the Online Master's Program Manager.

Responsibilities*Data Management and Input
Accurately input, update, and maintain student records and program data Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and complianceGenerate reports and analyze based on program data to support decision-makingProgram Support
Assist in the coordination and implementation of program activities such as information sessions and orientationProvide logistical support for students Assist in student inquiriesCommunication
Assist in developing and distributing program communications such as newsletters, announcements, and updatesProvide updates to the communication department on websiteAdministrative Support
Perform general administrative duties such as electronic data filing and document preparationSupport team members with special project and tasks as neededOther Tasks as Needed
Perform other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications*Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, administration, data management, or a related field. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and data management systems. Experience with online education platforms and tools is preferred. Commitment to diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible practices in a university environment.Preferred experience in student services and the ability to communicate effectively in a welcoming and constructive manner.
