SUMMARY
The Online Reputation Management Specialist is responsible for managing Rochester Regional Health’s online listings and reputation management platform to advance the organization’s engagement and reputation management efforts. The role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive campaigns to maintain, enhance, and protect the Rochester Regional Health’s online reputation. The role maintains contemporary trends in online reputation management and digital marketing. Reporting to the Manager of Digital Engagement, this role requires close collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team and other subject matter experts across all of Rochester Regional Health.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reputation Management and Monitoring: Proactively monitors and manages the organization's reputation management platform by making regular updates to online listings, responding to reviews across all platforms, and soliciting online feedback. Conducts in-depth reputation monitoring and analysis from customer feedback, reviews, and sentiments to identify areas of improvement and mitigation.Content and Campaign Management: Effectively utilizes content management systems, analytics tools, and platforms to drive reputation management efforts. Develops and implements effective campaigns to promote a positive online reputation. Collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate and execute strategic plans for content on engagement platforms and executes cohesive reputation management strategies.Trend and Competitor Monitoring: Monitors the latest relevant marketing, content development, competitor, social media, and online reputation management trends. Maintains current knowledge of “leading practice” techniques in the fields of online and emerging digital marketing technologies.Engagement and Reporting: Monitors and responds to comments and messages on RRH owned media platforms. Tracks and reports on impact, success, and the overall health and quality of online listings and reputation. Other duties as assigned.ATTRIBUTES
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.3+ years of proven experience in online reputation management, digital marketing, or related roles required.EDUCATION:

14617The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
