Job Description

As an Online Visual Merchandiser, you will drive the optimization of the online store’s customer experience by continuously enhancing the visual elements of the digital shopping journey. Your role will focus on ensuring that the visual presentation aligns with customer expectations, maximizes sales performance, and contributes to the overall profitability of the business. Through strategic merchandising and a keen understanding of trends, you will help create an engaging and impactful online shopping experience.

The Online Visual Merchandiser reports to the Head of Merchandising in Korea.

What you will do:

Ensure product displays meet visual standards, creating an engaging online shopping experience.Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to inform weekly content updates and seasonal site planning.Curate digital content for all online channels, aligning with brand guidelines and business goals.Collaborate with the Online Merchandiser to optimize product presentation and adapt to market fluctuations.Work with the E-commerce and Marketing teams to optimize product images and create localized content for various digital platforms.Continuously propose innovative visual merchandising strategies to improve the customer experience.Maintain brand consistency across all translated content and collaborate on visual method improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and improve operational efficiency.

What you need to succeed

Some experience in online visual merchandising or e-commerceBasic knowledge of tools like Adobe Experience Manager or Google Analytics is a plusStrong analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and work with data.Passion for fashion and e-commerce, with an interest in staying updated on trends.Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment.

In this role you will have some flexibility to work remotely however due to the high level of cross department collaborations much of your time will be spent in our amazing office in Korea.
