Onshore Production Technical Specialist
Onshore Production Technical Specialist Aon is looking for an Onshore Production Technical Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon office in Toronto. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit. What the day will look like This function is responsible for overseeing the issuance of certificates, including Third Party Forms, Auto ID cards and non-standard items including but not limited to; offline certificates of insurance, merge documents, PlanetPress solutions etc. Executes operational/technical work under general guidance for the Onshore Production team, to achieve results such as; Support Aon Client Services with the onshore production of certificates; identify and support key processes improvements to be implemented within Aon Client Services Develops, analyze and report critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Perform analyses Developing/producing/sensitive reports, plans and/or outputs Implement standard processes, best practices and tools/systems that increase the efficiency of information exchanges among processes, clients, and strategic industry partners Develop and implement quality control standards and protocol Role Complexity/Problem Solving Resolves issues with impact on client relationships (external/internal where needed), client operations or technical methodology Resolves issues using analytical tools with minimal guidance Develops conclusions from analysis and applies results to business operations Discretion & Decision Making Provides significant input into technical/technological decisions for the unit Provides input into the unit's business plan Interaction Develops and manages collaborative relationships/networking with multiple-level internal contacts across units or potentially the portfolio to: advise and build positive support on critical issues/solutions related to area of expertise influentially negotiate/promote resources to achieve mutually desired results. Develops and manages collaborative relationships with mid to senior-level external stakeholders to: advise on issues; and negotiate critical deliverables and contracts, investigate and address short and mid-term needs, and translates needs into results, participate in client sales meetings as the subject matter expert and/or advocate with carriers on behalf of client's and add influence significant outcomes Leadership and Development Contributes to body of knowledge within area of expertise Candidates must be flexible to work any shift, which can range from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM How this opportunity is different Your role as an Onshore Production Technical Specialist embodies our company’s culture as Aon United, where we work as one team and where everyone is made to feel included.
