As the Onshore Services Manager you will lead several well abandonment projects for the Integrated Solutions group. You will lead a team of planning and operations personnel on aged fields and platforms. You will be accountable for the project P&L and leading all elements of Baker Hughes products and services, contracted parties and act as the primary liaison for the client. You will have oversight of all stages of the projects from planning through operational deployment to execution. You will drive “on-time” delivery, consistency and service delivery excellence, maximise revenue and HSE, minimise cost and risk, and optimise the timing of cash collection.  Additionally, the position will engage significantly with the Integrated Solutions Service Delivery organisation and individual product lines.

As our Onshore Services Manager you will also be responsible for:

Collaborating with an interdisciplinary internal and external team to optimize permanent plug and abandonment operational plans.Managing “on time’ delivery, performance improvement, and incremental revenue through upsell strategies of additional products or services.Owning the overall customer deliverables with responsibility for Integrated Solutions compliance, financial KPI’s, service delivery and HSE performance.Acting as the primary contract manager either in conjunction with other contract administrators or with available dedicated contract managers.Monitoring all aspects of project performance and leading regular reviews with the involved parties.Creating content for presentation to leadership teams, internal and external customers and clients.Participating in internal and external HSE & Quality audits and ensures the identified gaps and improvement opportunities are effectively addressed.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Show a good track record in a project, service delivery, supervisory or engineering role where you can demonstrate customer interaction and leadership qualities.Demonstrate technical competence in Wellbore Intervention applications with knowledge of Abandonment, Fishing and Slot Recovery, as examples.Have experience of managing multiple products and services across multiple well sites/rigs in complex contractual arrangements.The ability to manage project schedules at the top level and apply solutions to both leading and lagging situations.Able to consult on a technical or commercial level to our customers and build successful and strategic relationships.Demonstrate leadership, interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.Be a focussed and committed HSE, Stop Work Authority and Speaking Up Culture lLeader promoting the directive to all parties.Have excellent English oral and written communications skills,
