Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - HC with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and domain experience in Accounts Receivables and Provider. This role requires working from the office during night shifts. The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing financial processes ensuring accuracy and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.


Responsibilities

Manage and optimize financial processes related to accounts receivables.Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing provider accounts.Utilize MS Excel to analyze and report financial data.Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.Provide support in preparing financial statements and reports.Oversee the reconciliation of accounts and ensure compliance with company policies.Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.Contribute to team meetings and provide insights for better performance.Support the team in achieving overall business objectives.

Qualifications

Proficient in MS Excel with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and analyze data.Experienced in managing accounts receivables and provider accounts.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Certifications Required

Certified Accounts Receivable Specialist (CARS) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) in Excel
