Associa is hiring an Onsite Community Manager for an HOA community inMechanicsville, VA.

\n

\n

Work Hours:

\n

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.

\n

Friday, 8am - 12 noon.

\n

\n

Daily tasks:

\n\nMeet and greet homeowners, vendors, and contractors.\nManage incoming calls and emails.Research and respond in inquiries.\nData enter homeowner and community information in the database. Update as required.\nIssue key fobs.\nMaintain reservations for Club House use.\nAttend Board Meetings and take minutes.\nSubmit weekly Activity Report to the Board of Directors.\nManage all communications to homeowners. Mass email via internal software system, community news and events, update on maintenance projects, and reminders of HOA Rules and Regulations.\nWalk and inspect community to ensure Code and Compliance and the HOA Rules and Regulations are followed.\nCreate and send out HOA Violation letters. Follow-up to ensure violations were corrected.\nSchedule and coordinate maintenance vendors and contractors onsite.\nSubmit RFPs, review proposals, offer recommendations, and manage the bidding and vendor selection process.\nFacilitate architectural review and modification forms. Work with ARC Committee and Board Members.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n

\n Requirements\n2+ years of community association experience.\nUnderstanding of the relationship among homeowners, Board of Directors, and the Association management company.\nCustomer service driven and team oriented.\nConsultative approach when assisting others.\nExcellent communication and follow-up skills (written and spoken)and conflict resolution techniques.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and takes initiative.\nEffective project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in various stages of completion and communicate with all parties involved.
