Job Description:At Regions, the Business Unit Operations Specialist performs a variety of operational tasks within the line of business.
Primary Responsibilities
Receives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as neededResolves customer or associate inquiries as necessaryPrepares, edits, distributes, and/or corrects documentsMay research and resolve payment related issues which may include missing payments, disputed accounts history requests and general related questionsWorks under general supervision following established guidelines and proceduresThis position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Monitors new hires performance and assesses results communicating observations and recommendations to SupervisorAssists with the organization and workflow to training and trainee performance ensuring maximum performance.Monitors new hires performance and assesses results communicating observations and recommendations to Supervisor .Responsible for assisting Supervisor during the transitions from Onboarding to Instructor Led Training (ILT) and supports the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program which consists of training, coaching, and development of new hires.Assist in helping agents enhancing their skills and knowledge via coaching and debrief sessions.Aids in enforcing policies, procedures, and productivity standards.Excellent leadership qualities including communication – written and verbal, ability to motivate, time management skills, active listening, organizational and problem solving skills.Remote training/coaching duties as assigned.Location- This is an ONSITE position in Salt Lake City, UT

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
