Job Description Insight Global is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing excellent customer service, experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and a solid understanding of Microsoft products and Windows operating systems. This role involves troubleshooting, managing incidents and requests through ServiceNow, and handling both hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance issues in an 80/20 Windows environment. This role will be internally facing on a team of 20-30 people for on-site support.
