Onsite - Labor Relations Manager
Job Description Insight Globals client, one of the largest family-owned retail companies in California is seeking to hire a Labor Relations Manager that will plan, manage and oversee Labor Relations processes and programs. Responsibilities include managing Labor Relations programs and processes, providing advice and counsel regarding Labor Relations issues to stakeholders, and developing and conducting training programs in support of Labor Relations programs. This job classification requires knowledge of current Labor Relations and Human Resources practices and methods including regulatory requirements and compliance and the ability to implement and administer Human Resource programs and policies that strategically support the companys mission and goals.
