Job Description Primary Responsibilities: The Onsite Leasing Ambassador (BTR) is primarily responsible for acting as the face of the community. Primary duties will include: + Ensuring the community and homes are prepared for daily leasing activities. + Welcoming prospects and guiding them through community and home tours. + Providing information on the leasing process and answering community-related inquiries via telephone, in person and email. + Utilizing property management software (Quickbase, MRI, CMS, Birdeye Reputation Management etc.) to manage social media, reputation management, resident and prospect data efficiently. + Conduct in person move in welcome visits. + Following up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and foster positive relationships. + Respond promptly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and take proactive actions to resolve issues. + Participate in weekly feedback with upper leadership regarding prospect interest and communicate any challenges observed. Skills & Competencies: + Associates degree or higher is preferred, but not required. + 1 or more years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, Leasing, Property Management, Customer Service + Knowledge in fair housing and local real estate laws, is preferred. + Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint; advanced preferred + Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills + Demonstrated customer service skills in fast paced environment + Detail oriented, with the ability to produce high quality work in a deadline-oriented environment and an ability to multi-task + Ability to thrive in a high volume, data entry and processing work environment Essential Job Functions: + Act as an onsite leasing representative of Maymont Homes at our model home. + Other duties, as assigned by supervisor or leadership team.
