Onsite Lunch Coordinator (Part-Time)

Fooda is recruiting for Event Coordinators to join our team in markets across the U.S. to support our growing client roster. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants. This position will be paying $20/hr. 

What You’ll Be Doing

Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: 1.) being onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience, 2.) serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés for team members who have time off, and 3.) driver responsibilities, delivering equipment and food to Fooda sites. Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication  Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) system, onsite technology, and TV menu boardsConduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumerFacilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solveCritical hours are over lunch (10 am – 2 pm) but responsibilities may span 8am-4pm, depending on the market and need

You’re someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own carYou’re looking for a steady part-time job (between 5 - 15 hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
