Description Responsibilities: + Perform server upgrades on on-premise servers, including ERP application servers (New World, Tyler Munis) and associated test/train environments, ensuring minimal disruption. + Automate server management tasks and reporting to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort, with updates every 3-4 weeks. + Provide support and maintenance for ERP applications like Laserfiche, Kronos, and New World, ensuring seamless integration with external systems such as Cigna and New York Life. + Maintain and enhance scripts for automating processes, including data transfers, system integrations, and reporting (using SQL, PowerShell, and other scripting languages). + Review and maintain existing code, identify required changes, and document all processes and code modifications for long-term sustainability. + Work closely with vendors to manage system upgrades and troubleshoot issues as needed. + Automate processes involving file transfers (PGP encryption, email, SFTP) and data processing, ensuring security and efficiency. + Support the migration from New World ERP to Tyler Munis, overseeing data migration and ensuring accurate data flows between systems. + Communicate with end users to inform them of system updates, gather feedback, and ensure smooth transitions. Requirements Qualifications: + At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, including application support, server automation, and ERP integrations. + Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data, particularly for ERP systems and integrations. + Strong experience with Visual Studio or equivalent for developing and maintaining applications. + Expertise in server administration and automation scripting (particularly PowerShell), with experience in reporting. + Hands-on experience with VMWare and virtualized environments. + Familiarity with PGP encryption, email, and SFTP for secure file transfers. Nice to have: + Experience with ERP systems like New World and Tyler Munis. + Experience in automating processes, maintaining code, and managing system integrations. + Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, document, and resolve issues in code and processes. + Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams and communicate effectively.
