The Onsite Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding candidates while providing exceptional customer service. Working onsite with the client, you will act as a key liaison throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and meeting performance KPIs. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. What You’ll Be Doing + Source, screen, and interview candidates for client-specific roles. + Manage job postings, conduct structured interviews, and provide hiring guidance. + Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet client needs. + Facilitate Adecco’s onboarding process and ensure compliance with hiring requirements. + Act as a subject matter expert on market trends and recruitment strategies. + Maintain strong client relationships and provide workforce planning support. + Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking candidates and associates. About You + Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. + 1-3 years of recruiting or relevant experience (staffing industry preferred). + Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a results-driven mindset. + Proficiency in ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and sourcing best practices. + Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
