This is a long-term/no end date W2 Contract position that will work onsite (5 days/week) at our client's office in Cincinnati, OH. Key Responsibilities: Lead high-volume manufacturing (i.e.CNC Machinist, Assemblers, Welders, skilled Laborers, etc.) recruitment with innovative grassroots sourcing techniques. Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates. Utilize your industry knowledge to attract top talent in the manufacturing sector. Qualifications: Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing recruitment. Expertise in grassroots sourcing and recruiting techniques. Strong organizational and customer service skills. Tech-savvy with a knack for leveraging technology in recruitment ideally with Workday experience. Prior RPO experience is a plus.
