Onsite Risk Analyst - Property & Casualty

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as an Onsite Risk Analyst, supporting one of our large Real Estate Development clients. This role will be based out of the client’s Miami, FL office and requires onsite work. The successful candidate will lead daily operations at a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

We will count on you to:

Assess and Mitigate Risks: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks facing the organization, developing comprehensive strategies for avoiding, managing, and transferring these risks to safeguard the company’s assets and reputation.Budget Management: Prepare and manage risk management and insurance budgets, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals while optimizing resource allocation.Claims Management: Oversee all phases of the insurance claims process, including litigation, ensuring timely and effective resolution of claims while maintaining detailed reports and documentation.Policy Audits and Compliance: Conduct thorough policy and compliance audits, collaborating with internal and external auditors to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate policies.Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data for underwriting, ensuring accurate reporting of exposures and risks, and making informed recommendations for policy modifications and improvements.Stakeholder Engagement: Advise senior leadership on risk management strategies and initiatives, serving as a key resource for all team members on risk and insurance-related issues, and fostering strong relationships with insurance brokers and carriers.

What you need to have:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.Experience: 5-7 years of progressive experience in insurance and risk management, with a strong focus on corporate and construction-related project insurance.Certifications: Relevant Risk Management or Insurance certifications such as CRC, ARM, CRM, CRIS, CPCU, etc., demonstrating a commitment to professional development and expertise in the field.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software for preparing detailed reports, policies, and presentations, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.
