Onsite Salesforce Administrator
Job Description Position Purpose: This position manages the day to day operations of Salesforce. You would be responsible for being the subject matter expert (SME) on Salesforce, seek out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace. In this position you would be responsible for initiating, planning, prioritizing, communicating and executing the long-term Salesforce projects. In addition, maintaining a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow, and reporting. While also needing the skills to be able to collaborate across the organization, determine best business outcomes, scenarios, design technical solutions and processes to support them. Key Responsibilities:  20% Collaborate - Consult with the business to identify and define business requirements and prioritize enhancements  70% Salesforce Management - Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users. Test changes in a rigorous way that minimizes impact to users. 10% Teach, train & develop - Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for users; keep materials up-to-date, and coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions via webinar or in person We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
