As a Services Technician I, you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tCreate, Receive, Monitor, Maintain and Resolve work tickets\r\n\tImaging, Setup, and Support of computer(s), monitor(s), mobile device(s)\r\n\tMaintain on-site presence at designated service locations to support end users\r\n\tSoftware installation, support.\r\n\tPerform pro-active and on-demand health check of IT systems including, but not limited to printers, copiers, fax machines, scanners, and video conference equipment\r\n\tTraining end users on how to operate office automation equipment as requested\r\n\tNew hire orientation includes show user how to work on IT assets daily basis, debrief company policy(s) such as security policy, usage etc.\r\n\tHardware platform troubleshooting and management\r\n\tSoftware platform troubleshooting and management\r\n\tPerform secure password management for all provided passwords\r\n\tSupport access to corporate network/wireless and applications (both on network as well as over VPN)\r\n\tCoordinate execution of tasks with guidance from Service Desk representatives or other IT support groups\r\n\tManage IT inventory of in-house stock, such as moving, sorting, cleaning, stocking\r\n\tIdentify, gain approval, and enter all project(s) as assigned by your manager into project tracker\r\n\tideally 2+ years' experience\r\n\t(google IT certification and CompTIA A+)\r\n\r\n\r\n

Shift: 1st Shift 8:00am to 5:00pm

\r\n\r\n

Duration: 12 Months+

Location: Chino, California

\r\n\r\n

Work Schedule: Onsite

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

Pay rate: $33/hr. to $35/hr.
