OnSite Specialist Team Lead - Santa Barbara

As an OnSite Specialist Team Lead, you will manage team operations to ensure smooth workflows in the operating room and sterile processing department while collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and communication skills are key to excelling in this position.

What you will do:

Lead and manage day-to-day operations for the OnSite team, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient OR functions.

Serve as the main point of contact for the account, fostering communication and collaboration with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Guide and support the team to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Lead Tier 1 and hospital huddles, ensuring clear communication and problem resolution.

Oversee onboarding of new team members, providing training and mentorship.

Manage charge sheets, billing, and compliance requirements for the account.

Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives and propose process improvements.

Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to optimize account productivity and service delivery.

Provide on-call services as required by the medical facility.

Meet work schedule and meet overtime requirements, including weekends.

What you need:

Required Qualifications:

2-4 years of operating room experience with a strong understanding of surgical procedures, anatomy, and techniques.

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (or equivalent certifications).

IAHCSMM CRCST Certification required within 6 months of start date, with timely annual renewals.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing/walking for extended periods.

Ability to identify minute inconsistencies and resolve equipment issues.

Must adhere to HIPAA and related patient confidentiality policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Stryker product experience.

Experience with Joint Commission compliance requirements.

Experience in mentoring and training new team members.

​$30.05 – $41.57 per hour + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
