Strong leadership and communication skills are key to excelling in this position. **What you will do:** + Lead and manage day-to-day operations for the OnSite team, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient OR functions. + Serve as the main point of contact for the account, fostering communication and collaboration with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams. + Guide and support the team to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. + Lead Tier 1 and hospital huddles, ensuring clear communication and problem resolution. + Oversee onboarding of new team members, providing training and mentorship. + Manage charge sheets, billing, and compliance requirements for the account. + Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives and propose process improvements. + Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to optimize account productivity and service delivery. + Provide on-call services as required by the medical facility. + Meet work schedule and meet overtime requirements, including weekends. **What you need:** _Required Qualifications:_ + 2-4 years of operating room experience with a strong understanding of surgical procedures, anatomy, and techniques. + Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (or equivalent certifications). + IAHCSMM CRCST Certification required within 6 months of start date, with timely annual renewals. + Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency. + Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing/walking for extended periods. + Ability to identify minute inconsistencies and resolve equipment issues. + Must adhere to HIPAA and related patient confidentiality policies. _Preferred Qualifications:_ + Stryker product experience. + Experience with Joint Commission compliance requirements. + Experience in mentoring and training new team members. ​ **$30.05** – **$41.57** per hour + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
