Agile Coach - Job Description
Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Agile Coach to mentor teams, enhance Agile adoption, and drive continuous improvement. This role focuses on fostering Agile best practices, optimizing team performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) - MandatoryCertified ScrumMaster (CSM)5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, implementing Agile frameworks and mentoring teams.5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.Proven track record of implementing Agile techniques in different work cultures.Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:
Agile Coaching & MentorshipGuide teams, Scrum Masters, and leadership in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban best practices.Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance Agile capabilities.Mentor teams on Agile principles, values, and mindset shifts for long-term sustainability.Process Improvement & Agile MaturityAssess current Agile practices and recommend improvements.Conduct Agile maturity assessments and implement action plans for continuous improvement.Drive adoption of Agile techniques and ensure consistent application across teams.Facilitation & CollaborationLead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.Work with stakeholders to remove impediments and enhance team performance.Collaborate with Product Owners and leadership to ensure Agile frameworks support business goals.Agile Framework ImplementationEstablish and enforce Agile standards, processes, and best practices.Assist in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams and departments.Advocate for Agile transformation and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in studio technology or entertainment industries.Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other Agile scaling methods.Knowledge of Lean, XP, and other Agile methodologies.Additional Information:
