Onsite Staffing Coordinator 2nd shift

Volt is recruiting for a BILINGUAL, Spanish/English a MUST! Onsite Coordinator in Ontario, CA

\r\n\r\n

The Onsite Coordinator will be responsible for working at an onsite location and handling all daily tasks, including assigning employees to open requisitions and communicating directly with managers and supervisors to ensure their needs are met. The candidate will have good knowledge of safety principles, be organized with close attention to detail, and provide exceptional customer service to both the client and Volt employees.

\r\n\r\n

The onsite coordinator will assist with payroll issues, follow up with no-call no-shows, manage disciplinary actions per the company's policies and procedures, and manage injuries and violations.

\r\n\r\n

Requirements:
\r\nThe qualified candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of similar experience—strong knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel. The candidate must be well-organized with the ability to prioritize, attention to detail and problem-solving ability, and solid communication and interpersonal skills. Warehouse or Production experience preferred. Must have the ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations in a professional manner. Candidate must also have the ability to work well under pressure. Must be able to work overtime and possibly weekends, if needed. Must be willing to complete background check and drug screen.

As an Onsite Coordinator, you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tManage all attendance and punctuality for temporary employees.\r\n\tManage temporary employees through leadership and professionalism.\r\n\tRecruit and source new employees\r\n\tAbility to closely follow up with all worker's compensation and injury events.\r\n\tManage timekeeping program that is used to keep track of employee hours.\r\n\tMaintain daily, weekly and monthly reports.\r\n\tConstant updating employee database.\r\n\tWe are undertaking other tasks as directed by the Onsite.\r\n\tOther duties and responsibilities as assigned.\r\n\tUpbeat can-do personality\r\n\tAble to multi-task in a fast-moving environment\r\n\r\n\r\n

Onsite Coordinator candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration: We are looking for individuals with experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources background.

Hourly Rate $25.00/hr + DOE

\r\n\r\n

Hours for this position will be Monday - Friday 1 pm - 9:30 pm

\r\n\r\n
