What You'll Do As An Onsite Manager:

Build and maintain relationships with teammates and clientsConduct and coordinate site tours, interviews, and hiring processesCoach and counsel teammates on attendance and performance issuesParticipate in employee appreciation events, quarterly business reviews, and conduct weekly check-insComplete injury reports, conduct accident investigations and communicate with the risk department

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Have a track record of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from managers, teammates, and clientsBe proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G SuiteFunction at a high level of autonomy and exercise sound judgmentBe comfortable working in a light industrial, non-climate-controlled environment
