Onsite Supervisor
Adecco is seeking 2nd and 3rd shift onsite supervisors for our onsite client in Carlisle, PA. Acting as the candidate’s employment “agent” (i.e. liaison), not only through the full onboarding lifecycle, but also through Associate assignment satisfaction, the Client Delivery Supervisor will truly make a positive impact for the Associates, the client and for Adecco. Our candidates and Associates will have you as a single point of contact. Our clients will receive exceptional operational support. Through these efforts and continuing to surpass performance KPIs and SLA metrics, our Strategic Program Supervisors will help Adecco continue to be the industry leader. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Associate Care & Satisfaction: o Serve as a single point of contact for Associate inquiries – addressing all queries and escalating as appropriate o Position candidates for success on assignment including the completion of Adecco and client onboarding requirements, orientation, etc. o Develop Associate engagement programs (with assistance of onsite management and/or client) to bolster the Adecco / Associate relationship and improve satisfaction and retention. o Foster continuous Associate satisfaction through formal and informal feedback. Develop and execute action plans as needed to address. o Champion the team’s vision by upholding the required standards of behavior and attitude – Associate and client facing • Onsite Program Support: o Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts (e.g. HR, Operations) o Adopt & demonstrate The Adecco Group and Client’s company core values in the delivery of customer-centric service o Continuously strive for innovation through enhanced processes, policies and procedures while meeting established KPIs and SLAs. o Achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction as exhibited through customer surveys and business reviews. o Gain full understanding of the Onsite Roadbook and utilize as resource to strengthen the client relationship Recruitment / Onboarding: o Identify, source and screen top quality candidates for open opportunities within our onsite programs (as applicable) o Conduct structured interviews with candidates – providing feedback and next steps (as applicable) o Work closely with Hubsite and Onsite management and client teams to ensure clear understanding of the client’s business, staffing needs, culture and program expectations o Assist with the creation, implementation and execution of robust recruitment plan to meet the hiring needs of the client. o Achieve full understanding and execution of required recruitment, interview, submission and fulfillment KPIs o Build and retain a pool of pipeline candidates in anticipation of future client fulfillment requests o Maintain and update candidate records in tracking database KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS: • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication and customer service skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) are required. • Process & KPI oriented • Excellent Database skills, along with the ability to learn new software • Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks. • High energy & results-driven, solution oriented attitude **Pay Details:** $23.00 to $25.00 per week Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
