The Onsite Supervisor role will be based at a client site. This position is the liaison between the client, our teammates, and the Onin Staffing branch. In coordination with the Onsite Manager will ensure all service objectives are met.

Supervise and manage the onsite workforce, including daily check-ins, attendance tracking, and scheduling to meet client needsOversee the check-in process and end-of-shift paperworkManage time clock punches per shift to ensure accurate timekeepingAct as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing staffing requirements and promptly resolving issuesBuild and maintain relationships with teammates and clients to foster a productive work environmentWork Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might:
Have 2-4 years of experience in staffing, human resources, or supervisory rolesBe skilled in multitasking and staying organized in fast-paced environmentsHave a solid understanding of employment laws (e.g., ADA, EEO, FMLA)Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google SuiteBring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients and teammatesBenefits
