Spherion Staffing is seeking a dedicated Onsite Warehouse Recruiter to join our team. This role involves assisting the Onsite manager with the recruitment process for warehouse staff, building relationships with candidates, and supporting the operations team to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.
Schedule:
Sunday/Monday: Off ... Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for warehouse positions.
Manage job postings and candidate databases using recruitment software.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Assist with onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
Provide administrative support for warehouse operations as needed.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Warehouse Admin Operations Experience: Preferred but not required.
HR Experience: A strong plus, including familiarity with hiring and compliance processes.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Computer Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other technology.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Reliability: A must. Candidates should have no attendance issues and a strong commitment to their role.
