We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **HORECA Key Account Manager** to join our high performing **Out of Home Sales** team in **Queensland** , working remotely from either **Brisbane** or **Gold Coast locations** . We are looking for a passionate and experienced **B2B HORECA Key Account Manager** who will drive acquisition, as well as initiate, develop & maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various functions & channels within the Hospitality channel to drive sustainable growth across **Queensland** and **Northern NSW.** Your responsibilities will include. + Deliver coffee & machine sales targets and driving positive market contribution to the overall Nespresso B2B OOH channel. + Performing analysis of Key Account business potential within the QLD/Northern NSW market + Acquire through understanding the customer needs and requirements. + Expand the relationship with existing customers by continuously improving solutions that meet their overall business objectives. + Develop and sustain solid relationships with key internal & external stakeholders within the HORECA channel. + Monitor and report all competitive activities and proactively develop countermeasures. + Drive Nespresso's Sustainability Initiatives + Ensuring the local implementation & execution of Nespresso’s overall HORECA channel plan + Ensuring monthly reports are completed. + Negotiating commercial agreements with new & existing HORECA customers The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of previous experience in Key Account role, HORECA or FMCG is a bonus. Essential skills include strong communication and negotiation abilities, excellent organisational skills, and a proven capacity for relationship-building across all organisational levels.
