OOMA NALCOMIS Aviation Maintenance SME Job Category: Logistics Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * **The Opportunity:** We’re seeking a NALCOMIS OOMA Subject Matter Expert (SME) who is highly experienced in all aspects of NALCOMIS OOMA, to include the underlining business processes and system administration tasks as well to join our Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) team at Norfolk. Our customer is seeking a candidate who is knowledgeable of the Naval Aviation maintenance policies and procedures as outlined in the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) CNAFINST 4790.2 series. The scope of your knowledge must include advance knowledge of the VED, CM, Maintenance, Inventory Explorer, Group Explorer, Flight Document processing, Manual Flight Document processing, SAFE for Flight, Logsets, Assembly Catalog, CM Reports, Xray processing, Inventory creation, etc. You will be a key contributor supporting the requirements analysis and validation of the current release product line. **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + US Citizen + Must have a secret clearance (or interim) and must be able to obtain a T5 investigation clearance. + Must have knowledge of and experience in all aspects of OOMA application in all areas of the OOMA including but not limited to the following: Aircraft visual electronic display (VED), CM, Maintenance, Inventory Explorer, Group Explorer, Flight Document processing, Manual Flight Document processing, SAFE for Flight, Logsets, Assembly Catalog, CM Reports, Xray processing, Inventory creation, etc. + Experience with aircraft maintenance, detachment creation, detachment processing, and item transfer. + Must have obtained Aircraft Safe-for Flight release authorization designation or its equivalent. + Must have Security + certification for the Cyber Security Workforce or be able to obtain a Security + certification within 6 months of hire. + Possess robust knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps Aviation Maintenance Programs and Procedures.
