Job Summary:
This role involves handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
Qualifications: Education & Experience:
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
+ Two years of experience in a medical office, call center, customer service, or clerical setting preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
+ Proficiency in general computer skills, including basic internet use.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
+ Strong keyboard and multi-line phone operation skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Professional telephone etiquette and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
+ Creative and forward-thinking approach when facing challenges.
Additional Requirements:
+ Must maintain a professional appearance and adhere to clinic/facility dress code.
+ Must be willing to work at multiple locations as assigned.
