Qualifications: + Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Medical terminology knowledge preferred. + Experience: Minimum of two years in a medical office, call center, customer service, or clerical setting preferred. + Technical Skills: + Proficiency in general computer use, internet navigation, and Microsoft Office applications. + Strong keyboarding skills and ability to operate multi-line phones and standard office equipment. + Communication & Organizational Skills: + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Professional telephone etiquette. + Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. + Professionalism: + Must be adaptable, creative, and forward-thinking when faced with challenges. + Adherence to the clinic/facility dress code is expected. + Willingness to work at different locations as assigned.
