Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Medical terminology knowledge preferred. Experience: Minimum of two years in a medical office, call center, customer service, or clerical setting preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in general computer use, internet navigation, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong keyboarding skills and ability to operate multi-line phones and standard office equipment. Communication & Organizational Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional telephone etiquette. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Professionalism: Must be adaptable, creative, and forward-thinking when faced with challenges. Adherence to the clinic/facility dress code is expected. Willingness to work at different locations as assigned.
