Operations Supervisor 
Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Operations Supervisor who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center! 

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. 

This position will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, as well as training and maintaining team members for a variety of positions, all while ensuring that we exceed our guest's expectations and deliver an exceptional experience.

What We’re Looking For:1-2 years of management experience Experience in retail or sales is a plusFriendly and professional demeanor Ability to analyze reports and proficiency with excel Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros and Embed software knowledge is a plus Core Competencies:People Leader: Develop Staff, Navigate Chaos, Motivate Others, Thrive in Ambiguity, Cultivate Excellent Guest Experiences
